Hand-harvested, 100% Chardonnay from Delle Venezie, Northeast Italy. The soil is morainic and sandy. Fully ripe and healthy grapes are selected. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by partial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and balance. Bright, pale yellow color. A bouquet of pineapple and peach aromas, with hints of melon.
