The Emperor Celebration Private Cask Rum is a creation that combines the best qualities of two rums. This rum is created by the skillful blending of a 10 year old Mauritius rum and a 22 year old Jamaican rum.
During the aging phase, this rum rests in French and American oak barrels, which give it balance and depth. The finish is given to the rum for 6 months in Pinot Noir barrels of the monopole ‘Les Saintes Claires’ of the Albert Mann winery.
This finishing process helps to give the rum a subtle fruitiness.
