The Berry Mojito is a fruity twist on the Classic. It first appeared when renowned writer Ernest Hemingway became a fan of the Mojito after visiting La Bodeguita del Medio , the bar of origins in Cuba.

Pour 125ml Tails Berry Mojito into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and wedges of lime.
