The first vintage vinified in our new winery, grown under complex climatic conditions, the 2021 reveals once again the great quality of Chteau-Figeac’s terroir. This vintage seduces with a rich aromatic palette of raspberries and blackcurrant that are delicately intertwined with the floral and minty touches that reveal the quality of the Cabernet. Perfectly integrated tannins caress the palate with their graphite texture. The finish is remarkably savory and long. The result of a specific selection when the blends are decided, Petit-Figeac is made with all the skill of the Chateau Figeac team. Lighter and less full-bodied than its senior, with beautiful length on the palate, a highly refined texture, and a great capacity to seduce, it shows its appeal earlier.
