On the palate, you’ll note signs of hearty ripe plums, black olives, anise, and a finish of rich, dark chocolate. This would pair beautifully with grilled steak, portobello mushrooms, and strong-flavored cheese!The 2018 is a blend of Merlot (86%) with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon (14%). It is fermented in French oak33% newfor 18 months before being bottled in the spring, then bottle-aged for an additional 30 months before release.
