Our tasting notes have been called out by friends mixologists, taking us on their flavour journey:
Aroma: Modern classic in style with hints of forest pine, pronounced juniper and bright fresh pressed lemon coupled with sweet orange and zesty tangerine.
Palate:Ripe orange and sweet sarsaparilla balanced with classic juniper, candied lemon, and fennel with a sprinkling of sea salt.
Mouthfeel:Soft, smooth, and full.

Finish: Lingering lemon verbena, fragrant palma violets, sweet liquorice allsorts and fresh menthol.
