Chocolate maker Eric visited the farm in 2016 and was impressed by their dedication to quality from harvest to drying. This award-winning bar, which earned a Bronze at the 2018 International Chocolate Awards, delights with flavors reminiscent of fudge brownies, cherry undertones, and a hint of toasted nuts.
