The winery, Kishor, is an integral part of the community, employing five permanent workers from the Kibutz year-round and hiring more for the intense harvest season.
Medium-bodied, round, and balanced with a full mouth and rich, crisp acidity. Flavors of grapefruit, lemon, lime, floral, herbal, and mineral, with a touch of oak come across the palate. It has an exceptionally smooth finish. Nice with roasted fish.
