Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin Sloe Gin 33,8% Vol. 0,5l

The founders of Bathtub Gin did not find what they were looking for in a fresh and courageous gin.

After their defeat, they fasted a decision – what you can’t find, you should make yourself.

To gather inspiration and knowledge, they researched various history books and made their very own gin.

First, a classic London Dry Gin was distilled in the traditional copper pot. While other bottlers complete their gin in this phase, the Bathtub Gin is still being tinkered with here.

Within seven days 6 botanicals are added to the distillate. This crucial process gives Bathtub Gin exceptional aromas, flavours and even a little bit of colour.

Almost a quarter of a kilogram of sloes are needed for this gin.

These are combined with botanicals such as juniper berries, cinnamon, coriander, cloves and orange peel and distilled in copper pot stills.
