The soil is made of clay, limestone and white chalk. Fermented at low temperatures slowly for 20 days. Indigenous yeast. Aged in tank for 6 months.

Medium-bodied, enveloping and beautifully structured, its round and juicy with a delicate, lively core of fruit and a mineral, calcareous finish. This is a classical ros wine from Bandol. (2023).
