Tasting Notes:
Hella’s formula combines a neutral grain spirit (high proof vodka) with a combination of Gentian Root, Angelica Root and/or Cinchona Bark and a variety of botanicals. Each bottle of Hella Aromatic Bitters contain warm heady baking spices, with prominent Clove, Allspice, Star Anise and Cinnamon. It’s rich and robust, with a pleasant bitter finish. Each bottle of Hella Orange Bitters has bright citrusy notes from fresh orange peel, a curated blend of subtle spices (Coriander, Allspice and Black Pepper) and a balanced bitter finish.
