This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of brambly raspberry and lavender, layered with barrel notes of vanilla and toffee. Ruch black plumb and black cherry are at the forefront of a solid core of fruit that coats the palate, while an underlying note of mocha complements the bold, firm texture and full body.

Method was founded in 2016 by Master Sommelier Ian Cauble and winemaker Trevor Sheehan. Longtime friends, they bonded over their mutual admiration for the classic wines of the world. Inspired by their favorite Bordeaux, Ian and Trevor created Method to represent the best of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon at exceptional value. Method is a combination of Estate vineyards and superlative lots of purchased fruit sourced from across the Valley. The result is a bold Napa Cabernet Sauvignon with rich fruit and a balanced oak profile which overperforms its price-point year after year.
