It was initially exclusive to True Sake for the first year in the United States, but we wanted everyone to enjoy it. Today, it’s one of the top imported unpasteurized sakes. It’s a signature Genshu with an undiluted alcohol content of 18.5%. It combines fruity flavors with a dry quality, making it a semi-sake that’s semi-dry, semi-sweet, semi-bold, semi-thick, and semi-rich, but fully enjoyable!
